We are seeking a passionate and talented Project Manager to help us deliver outstanding digital experiences for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of redesign, migration and ongoing support projects. You will work collaboratively with internal strategy, design, development and QA teams, while also managing the client relationship. We're looking for someone who is passionate about Project Management, who can excel in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for leading project teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between PDG and your clients by establishing strong relationships with your clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and manage detailed project documentation, including timelines, project plans, meeting notes, and budget trackers for projects typically up to $200k.
  • Support project scoping by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
  • Manage project execution from kickoff through launch, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to PDG's quality standards.
  • Forecast and manage project resources in alignment with budgets, schedules, and team capacity.
  • Monitor project health and proactively identify and escalate potential risks or blockers before they impact delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with design, strategy, development, and QA teams to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in QA reviews to help ensure deliverables meet project requirements and quality expectations.
  • Lead recurring project meetings, including internal check-ins, client status meetings, and milestone reviews.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to internal leadership and clients regarding progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback, lessons learned, and ideas to enhance team processes and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications
Required

  • You have worked at an agency before.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience managing web development projects (experience specifically with Drupal and/or Wordpress, Contentful, or Shopify is a plus)
  • You are intellectually curious and demonstrate a commitment to clients and teammates.
  • You are a crisp communicator. You listen, write, and speak extremely well.
  • You can multitask with the best of 'em, meeting deadlines across multiple projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have the ability to build trust with clients because you are professional and dependable.
  • You are not afraid to ask questions when you are not sure.
  • You are extremely detail oriented.
  • You can work well with remote teams.
  • You are comfortable working in a technical environment.
  • You are eager to learn and open to mentorship.
