As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. Use your customer service skills and maintenance knowledge to contribute to a positive customer experience, making you a vital part of our team

  • Performing daily tasks to keep the hotel in excellent condition, such as cleaning, dusting, and inspecting equipment.
  • Repairs: Addressing issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other equipment.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Implementing measures to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure long-term functionality.
  • Emergency Repairs: Responding promptly to urgent maintenance requests, such as leaks or power outages.
  • Guest Services: Assisting guests with maintenance requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repairs.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Equipment Management: Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment, including kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and laundry equipment.
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address maintenance needs.
  • General Cleaning: Performing general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Painting and Finishing: Repairing and painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to maintain a fresh appearance.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintaining the hotel's exterior, including landscaping, parking lots, and walkways.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
