We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QMS Document Controller to manage and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. This role is critical in ensuring that all quality-related documents are properly controlled, updated, and compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in document control within a construction, manufacturing, or telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control all QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, forms, and records.
  • Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed in accordance with internal control procedures.
  • Coordinate document revisions and maintain version control.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Monitor document workflows and ensure timely updates and archiving.
  • Train staff on document control procedures and QMS compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with quality, safety, and operations teams to ensure documentation aligns with project and regulatory needs.
  • Maintain document databases and ensure secure access and retrieval.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of QMS processes.

Skills and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably within a QMS or ISO-certified environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance activities is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
