The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer in Orange County, CA who can originate $4–5MM+ per month in investor-focused loans. As part of our high-performance nationwide origination team, you will collaborate directly with Spreo Capital's decision-makers to structure and close loans quickly in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of real estate investor loans across Orange County, California and neighboring Southern California markets
- Originate bridge, DSCR, renovation and ground up construction financing for single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use properties
- Build and sustain relationships with brokers, developers, and borrowers
- Analyze borrower projects and property financials to structure effective deals
- Work closely with Spreo Capital's underwriting, processing, and funding to deliver a seamless lending experience to your clients
- Represent Spreo Capital at investor events, local REI meetings, and industry trade shows/conferences
Qualifications
- Proven loan origination experience in private lending in Orange County, CA (RTL / DSCR / Bridge)
- Consistent production of $4MM–$10MM+ in monthly loan volume
- Strong understanding of real estate investor valuation and deal structuring
- Established database of brokers, developers, and RE investors preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field a plus
