We are seeking a highly skilled and data-savvy Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our on-site team. Job Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager at Crew Marketing Group Inc., you will lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies that inform marketing campaigns, media performance, and overall business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — including marketing, creative, and client strategy — to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize media spend, and deliver meaningful reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, leading analytical teams, and shaping marketing strategy through insights and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing analytics initiatives across multiple client accounts and channels.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and actionable insights.
  • Partner with media planners, campaign managers, and strategists to optimize digital and traditional media efforts.
  • Evaluate campaign performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Implement advanced statistical techniques, attribution modeling, and data visualization to support decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing systems and reports.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and marketing measurement trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics or data-driven marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Strong experience with data querying and management using SQL, Excel, or Python/R.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and data warehouses.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or consulting environment.
  • Working knowledge of BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with data governance and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
