Job Description:
Please note this role will be a 2-3 year project.

  • Exceptional Writing and Editing Skills a. Familiarity with AP style and the ability to craft compelling, engaging, and accurate content across multiple formats (operational standalones, banners, talking points, newsletters, etc.). b. Ability to distill complex financial and technology topics into clear, audience-friendly messaging.
  • Industry and Digital Proficiency a. Familiarity with financial services, credit unions, or payments industry preferred. b. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and email marketing platforms like Pardot.
  • Excel Proficiency a. Comfortable using Excel for managing, filtering and formatting email list data, including the ability to use or willing to learn basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP and CONCATENATE).
  • Strong Project and Time Management a. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic and Adaptable Communication Approach a. Experience tailoring messaging to different stakeholders (credit unions, banks, employees, etc.). b. Ability to collaborate with Product, IT, and Client Support teams to ensure accurate and timely communication throughout the migration process.
  • Product Migration and Change Management Communication Expertise a. Experience crafting clear, structured communications to guide clients through product migrations, system transitions, or service updates. b. Ability to translate technical details into easy-to-understand messaging for different audiences, ensuring clarity on timelines, required actions, and impacts.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.

At least five (5) years of experience writing in a professional business-to-business environment required.

Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) required. Experience in financial services and/or payments industry preferred.
