Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various automotive and mechanical components with precision and professionalism. Prior experience in dealership settings, auto body repair, or mechanic work is highly valued. Responsibilities

• Install automotive parts, accessories, and custom modifications according to specifications
• Perform vehicle repairs, including auto body work, auto painting, and glass replacement
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, buffing equipment, and other specialized tools to complete installations
• Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, tire rotations, and minor repairs
• Assist with auto restoration projects and auto estimating as needed
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and addressing client questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
• Perform heavy lifting when required to move parts or equipment safely

Skills

• Dealership experience preferred for familiarity with automotive standards
• Proficiency in welding, auto body repair, auto painting, detailing, and auto glass installation
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working with vehicle systems
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, buffing machines, and airless paint sprayers
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto restoration techniques
• Experience with auto estimating processes is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installations or repairs
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Mechanic experience is highly desirable for troubleshooting complex issues
