Short DescriptionSkill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
All duties and responsibilities must be accomplished in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.
Record all messages accurately, noting caller name and telephone number, time, day your initials and complete message Document interactions and provide prompt responses via standard or electronic mailing systems.
Responsible for typing, faxing, copying, filing and mail duties.
Respond to questions and queries.
Assist divisional personnel in work tasks as directed.
Maintain a professional, pleasant and helpful attitude with all callers
Experience Required1 year clerical filing experience, 1 year experience in medical office environment preferred
Education RequirementsHS diploma or equivalent
Special RequirementsExcellent oral and written communication skills, computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
