Sourcing360 Evolution: Actionable Insights & Enhanced User Experience :

• GE Vernova's Sourcing team has developed a proprietary analytics platform, Sourcing360, comprising over 10 modules that deliver actionable insights across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash (SQDCC).

• This project invites students to go beyond what has already been built—by benchmarking Sourcing360 against leading analytics platforms, identifying gaps and opportunities, and proposing actionable strategies to further improve SQDCC performances, user experiences and adoption.

• Students will gain hands-on experience in strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development, contributing to a high-visibility digital transformation and capability building initiative.

Project Outcomes:

• Assessment of current capabilities, data sources, outcomes, and usage of Sourcing360

• Benchmarking against similar analytics platforms and tools

• Development of a future-state roadmap with defined actionable insights in terms of SQDCC, expectations, requirements and technology to improve the adoption

Primary Skills Developed:

Sourcing spend management, Advanced Analytics, Data driven sourcing decision making, AI & ML, Program Management, Digital technology development

Internship Term Dates:

May/June - August 2026

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Masters in Supply Chain

• Minimum GPA 4.0 / 5.0 scale.

Desired Qualifications:

Background in Engineering/ Supply chain/ Operations/Sourcing and/or Data Analytics.

The pay for this position is $34/hr.

This position is also eligible for:

• Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.

• Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.

• Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services

• GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
