About The Role
As a
Talend Developer
, you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable data integration solutions using Talend and cloud technologies. You will be a valued member of our technology team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-performance systems that support business-critical operations.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data integration workflows using Talend
• Collaborate with teams to assess system needs and implement advanced technologies
• Optimize performance of Talend jobs and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Support and enhance existing systems while contributing to new project initiatives
• Manage technical resources and delegate tasks to meet project deliverables

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with strong expertise in software development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration
• 3+ years working with Talend Administration Center, Data Quality, API Designer, Services, and Big Data Frameworks
• 3+ years of performance tuning experience in Talend
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in Java and PL/SQL
• Experience in API integration (REST), Unix/Linux, and Shell scripting
• Familiarity with GitLab for source control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of database schema, data modeling, and data warehouse design

These will help you stand out

• Knowledge of emerging cloud technologies related to Big Data
• Experience in the Finance or Banking industry
• Secure coding practices and DevOps development experience
• Ability to lead technical aspects of projects and mentor junior developers

Salary And Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until October 27, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $ 95,000 - $ 109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
