What You'll Be Doing

• Providing top-quality residential cleaning services throughout Tucson
• Traveling to different client locations (up to 30-45 minutes drive time)
• Following our proven cleaning systems and checklists
• Building relationships with clients through excellent service
• Learning the business inside and out to prep for advancement

Important: This position requires travel to various client locations. You'll use your own vehicle (we compensate for travel time and provide gas stipends). If extensive driving doesn't work for you, this position may not be the right fit.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance
• Smartphone (we use apps for scheduling and communication)
• Ability to work 10-20 hours per week consistently
• Physically able to be on your feet, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks
• Able to pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $20.50/hour with potential for performance-based raises

Your Growth Path

Timeline is flexible based on business growth and your development
