Overview:

We are seeking a professional Valet/Lot Attendants to join our Events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and handling both valet and Lot management services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Engauge in parking operations, including parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring all parking areas are secure and well-maintained.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns guests may have.

  • Drive and operate vehicles.

  • Maintain a clean and safe parking environment, including sweeping and cleaning parking areas.

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Proficiency in driving and operating vehicles with manual transmissions (Optional)

  • Knowledge of retail math and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for guests.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
