About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Lead
to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    design, development, and delivery
    of Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into
    scalable technical designs
    .
  • Provide
    architectural assessments, roadmaps, and design patterns
    for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Guide development teams by offering technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Ensure
    best practices
    in coding standards, integrations, deployments, and release management.
  • Drive
    end-to-end project life cycle
    activities including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality solutions.
  • Lead workstreams and manage complex project components through Agile methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and Salesforce platform optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years
    of hands-on Salesforce experience in development and architecture.
  • 2+ years
    in a Lead or Technical Lead role.
  • Strong experience with
    Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC), API integrations, and Salesforce customizations
    .
  • 3+ years in
    technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture
    .
  • Proven experience defining
    new architectures
    , conducting technical assessments, and driving independent projects.
  • Experience across full SDLC on Salesforce development and maintenance projects.
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    (Scrum preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, or enterprise-level Salesforce projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salesforce Technical Certifications
    (highly preferred).
