  • Instructional Delivery:

    • Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher to deliver effective instruction across various subjects, including religion, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and other special subjects.
    • Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily lessons, fostering a Christ-centered learning environment.
    • Adjust teaching strategies as needed to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

  • Classroom Management:

    • Maintain a positive, respectful, and orderly classroom environment that supports student learning and upholds the school's code of conduct.
    • Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure student engagement and minimize disruptions.
    • Foster a sense of community and respect within the classroom, promoting Gospel values and Catholic virtues.

  • Student Supervision:

    • Supervise students in the classroom, during transitions, recess, and other school-related activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
    • Follow school protocols for attendance, dismissal, and emergency procedures.

  • Faith Formation:

    • Model Catholic values and teachings through actions, communication, and interactions with students, staff, and families.
    • Participate in prayer, liturgical celebrations, and other faith-based school activities, encouraging students to deepen their relationship with Christ.

  • Professionalism:

    • Communicate effectively and professionally with students, staff, and school administration.
    • Respect confidentiality and uphold the policies and procedures of the school and diocese.
    • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in various grade levels and subject areas as needed.
