Family Resource Group (FRG) is a publishing and marketing company with active operations in six markets. We help local businesses grow through high-quality print and digital advertising, community storytelling, and creative content.

We're looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our on-site team This role is perfect for someone creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing social media, updating websites, and keeping content fresh and engaging.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Keep company websites updated with current stories, event information, and advertising features.

  • Create engaging posts and captions that align with brand voice and support marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, and client success) to gather content and promote client advertising.

  • Monitor engagement and performance, providing insights on what's working and where to improve.

  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.

  • Assist with newsletters or email campaigns when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing social media for a business or organization

  • Basic understanding of website management or content systems (WordPress preferred)

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Creative eye for visuals and layout consistency

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Canva, Hubspot, or scheduling tools (a plus)

  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multiple teams
