We're seeking a product-led Senior Product Manager to drive innovative legal technology solutions that transform how legal professionals work. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery to delivery and adoption, while partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

What you'll do:

Product Leadership & Strategy Lead end-to-end product development for core platform capabilities, driving decisions through data, user research, and market insights. Define roadmaps balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while identifying opportunities to integrate AI capabilities that enhance user workflows.

Research & Discovery Own research to understand legal workflows, pain points, and opportunities. Conduct user interviews, analyze usage data, and synthesize market research to inform product direction. Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and insight generation.

Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with engineering teams using agile methodologies in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with design on intuitive legal professional experiences. Work with sales, marketing, and customer success for successful launches. Use AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and cross-team communication.

AI-Driven Innovation Explore emerging AI technologies for legal workflow applications. Partner with engineering to prototype AI-enhanced features. Stay current on AI developments in legal tech, translating trends into actionable opportunities.

Market & Customer Focus Maintain deep understanding of legal technology landscape, competitive dynamics, and AI adoption trends. Regularly engage with customers and prospects to validate hypotheses and gather feedback.

What you bring:

Product Management Foundation 5+ years B2B SaaS product management experience with proven track record launching and scaling products from concept to market success.

Research & Analytical Skills Strong experience leading user research initiatives. Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative methods, product analytics, and data-driven decisions. Interest in using AI tools to enhance research velocity and insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, sales, and marketing. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving consensus.

Technical Collaboration Hands-on experience with scrum teams and agile processes. Comfortable discussing technical architecture, APIs, and integrations with engineering. Understanding of software development lifecycle and trade-offs. Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and practical applications.

AI Enthusiasm Genuine interest in leveraging AI for personal productivity and compelling product experiences. Experience or curiosity about AI workflow optimization and tool effectiveness. Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in software development.

Communication & Execution Excellent communication skills with executive presentation ability. Strong project management capabilities managing multiple initiatives. Track record delivering results in fast-paced environments.
