Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Wraparound Program. This leadership role ensures program compliance, supports staff development, and serves as a vital liaison between Wraparound sites and Olive Crest's administrative teams—all with the goal of strengthening families and improving outcomes for at-risk youth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement the directives of the Wraparound Director in areas of program administration, finance, outcomes, and treatment.
- Participate in hiring decisions, train, and supervise Behavioral Health Specialists, Facilitators, Parent Partners, and Therapists, ensuring alignment with the Wraparound philosophy and clinical/administrative best practices.
- Interface with and monitor consultants who function as professional treatment staff.
- Supervise and monitor decisions related to program operations.
- Serve as liaison between Wraparound office sites and Olive Crest senior administration and support divisions (e.g., IT, Properties, HR).
- Coordinate and oversee the intake process.
- Review and approve supply requisitions and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the Division Director to develop, implement, and monitor training programs for program staff.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields: Social Work, Social Welfare, Marriage and Family Counseling, Child Psychology, Child Development, Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Education with a counseling emphasis, or related field.
- Professional license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT) preferred but not required.
- 1–2 years of previous experience in Wraparound or a similar program required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead staff collaboratively, with strong communication and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to think critically and respond effectively in diverse, rapidly changing situations.
- A management philosophy that values people and aims to maximize their potential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal background clearance.
- Alignment with Olive Crest's mission, vision, values, and statement of faith.
- Eligibility to work under federal and/or state mental health funded programs.
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record per Olive Crest's auto insurance policy.
