Famiglietti & Volpe, a well-established and growing firm specializing in the defense of Workers ' Compensation since 2006, is looking for a highly motivated attorney to join our legal team.

Newly licensed attorneys with a desire to learn in this growing area of law are encouraged to apply. We offer one on one training for new attorneys with Managing Partner.

The Associate Attorney will manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Our attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful defense firm with hands on learning experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Active CA State Bar license

  • Committed to proactive case management

  • Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity

  • Must be well organized with excellent written and oral communication
