This role is responsible for guiding regional transformation through strategic leadership, targeting 30% revenue growth over three years. The Head of Strategic Program Management focuses on aligning cross-functional initiatives, enforcing rigorous program governance, and leading enterprise-wide change management to strengthen the organization's competitive market position.HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $150,000 - $190,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
