We're expanding — fast — across the East Coast and looking for a Regional Sales Manager ready to own their market, shape their trajectory, and lead from the front.
The Opportunity
This isn't a maintenance role — it's a builder's role.
You'll run your region like a business: identifying, winning, and growing accounts with architects, distributors, developers, and builders.
The key: proactive engagement. Our best performers don't wait for RFQs — they build trust early with GCs and dealers so T2EARTH is the natural choice when the bids go out. Weekly, in-person connections win the long game.

What You'll Do
- Build and execute a regional growth plan with measurable impact.
- Develop deep, lasting relationships with GCs, dealers, architects, and developers.
- Partner across Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure customer success.
- Track and forecast performance using best-in-class CRM tools.
- Deliver field intelligence that informs pricing, packaging, and strategy.
- Lead by example, elevate others, and leave your region stronger than you found it.
Your Background
- 5+ years in B2B territory sales within building materials or construction products.
- Proven record of new business development and quantifiable overachievement.
- Currently calling on builders, developers, architects, and distributors — and known, trusted, and respected in the marketplace.
- Skilled in CRM use, data insight, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- You're not reinventing yourself — you're expanding your success with a company built for scale.
- ~35% regional travel.
