Coury Hospitality is seeking a detail-driven and inspiring Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operations at our luxury Hotel Citrine, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, and AC Hotel Palo Alto Moffett Park.

The Role: Housekeeping Manager – Curator of Cleanliness & Comfort

As our Housekeeping Manager, you are the driving force behind the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public spaces. You lead with precision, care, and a commitment to excellence—ensuring every detail reflects our brand's promise of luxury and comfort.

You are a hands-on leader, a mentor, and a champion of standards. From daily operations to long-term planning, you elevate the environment and empower your team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, offices, and supply closets
• Assign daily tasks to room attendants and support staff based on occupancy and staffing guides
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
• Ensure timely reporting of ready rooms to the front desk (by 10:00 AM and throughout the day)
• Maintain payroll budgets and report daily/weekly metrics accurately
• Enforce proper use of chemicals and equipment, ensuring safety compliance
• Coordinate linen handling, inventory, and storage room organization
• Schedule special cleaning projects and ensure quality control training is completed
• Respond to guest and management housekeeping requests promptly and professionally
• Step in to perform housekeeping duties when staffing levels require

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience
• Strong computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Positive attitude and aptitude for guest service
• Flexibility to work varied schedules
• Physical ability to stand/walk up to 6 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform cleaning tasks
