As a Security Guard - Residential Patrol Full-Time in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the residential location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of residents and staff.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for residents.
• Report and document any security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries and concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
• Participate in emergency response activities as appropriate, following established procedures and protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
