Clinic Supervisor

We are looking for a great leader to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor

Nora mental health is a fast-growing company looking for a clinic supervisor to help lead our team and play a vital role with business growth This role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting and developing others while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

• $350 monthly for averaging 25 Clients per week
• $500 monthly for averaging 30+ Clients per week

YOUR ROLE

As a Clinic Supervisor, you will:

Lead and Mentor:

• Supervise our growing team of Associate therapists (currently four), through supervision, team meetings, and performance guidance.
• Support the team on all clinical, administrative, and job duties. You will be the first level of support for the entire staff
• Help maintain culture through consistent group texts and personal weekly check-ins with each team member.
• Facilitate and plan for team meetings - done evert two weeks

Administrative

• Become Fully credentialed with all insurances clinic is currently in-network
• Once credentialed, sign off on progress notes, treatment plans, etc for Associate staff
• Any additional administrative items determined by clinic owner

Maintain a Client Caseload:

• Conduct assessments, set treatment priorities, and work collaboratively with clients and support systems to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• We have a marketing campaign that generates a good stream of new referrals - along with collaboration on community outreach.

Ensure a Welcoming Environment:

• Manage office readiness and cleanliness to ensure a fantastic client experience.

Business Growth:

• You will play a vital role in business growth, to collaborate closely with clinic owner to ensure that processes, culture, client experience, and growth of the company will continue at a world-class standard

WHO YOU ARE:

• Minimum of Two years of being Fully-Licensed in Utah (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.D, Ph.D)
• Experience leading others, with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiar with diverse cultures and sensitive to varied client backgrounds
• Proficient with G-suite tools & technology

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday, with some weekends optional based on client needs.

COMPENSATION:

• Receive 60% of total gross collections of all your client billings through insurance reimbursements, copays, and cash payments.
• $50 for all administrative hours.

POSITION TYPE:

• 1099 contractor
