Overview:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner across departments, identifying business needs and delivering actionable insights to improve processes, drive sales growth, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making and lead initiatives that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports focused on tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze sales trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic planning with the sales team.
  • Enhance forecasting models and operational efficiency by analyzing historical and real-time data.
  • Partner with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness and e-commerce performance.
  • Support analytics initiatives across departments including sales, purchasing, operations, and logistics.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management in a clear, compelling manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and business intelligence skills.
  • Experience in report writing and storytelling through data.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.

Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
