Responsibilities

**Location of job: Hybrid, 2 days in office/ 3 days remote. Candidate must be local to Austin, TX**

This position will be responsible for Project Management of a variety of projects in the Customer Renewable Solutions work group. Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, project status reporting, and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions pertaining to existing renewable energy programs and renewable energy programs currently under development.

Demonstrated experience implementing technical projects and leading diverse project teams

Experience in project procurement / RFP development / bid evaluation

Demonstrated application of project management techniques, WBS (work breakdown structure) development, and coordination of people and resources

Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Teams

4-7

Experience in change management methodologies

4-7

Experience in presenting to multiple levels within an organization

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI

YES

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Business or Management, Engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems

Experience leading projects related to photovoltaics

Experience with utility business practices and relevant business needs

Experience with working with a government entity
