This is a part-time, and split shift position located at Franktown Elementary. 6:30am-9a;00am and return at 3:00pm-6:00pm w/ more hours during school breaks & summer.

Innovation Learning partners with schools to leverage valuable before and after school time to increase academic achievement. We have a unique opening for an individual who has experience working with children in grades K-8. The successful candidate must be passionate about working with children. Leadership experience is a plus.

The position entails teaching and supervising in our before and after school program. This position involves working directly with students while participating in the administration of the program. We are looking for the right person who loves kids and teaching but who aspires to work in administration and embodies our 4 core values:

In this role you will be:

  • Supervising and assisting our children to deliver the Innovation Learning Model.

  • Facilitating the before and after program while also working directly with children

  • Communicating with school administration and parents.

  • Interacting with children to ensure they are having fun while they learn

  • Scheduling staff and overseeing program delivery.

  • Must be able to pass required state/district background checks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 years of teaching experience in an education and/or in a structured childcare setting, with a proven track record of effective team leadership.
  • A Degree or in process of obtaining a degree in elementary education, teaching and/or a related field.
  • CPR and First Aid Certificate (Innovation Learning will provide training on a regular and reoccurring basis for those in need).
