Location: Mt. Pleasant, MI (Potential for additional hours within 25 miles of this location)

Hours: 28 hours per week *to start*

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Morning Shifts 

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour based on experience and certifications

Your Role:

As a Life Care Professional for the Patriot Care Program, you will:

  • Assist veterans with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring
  • Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with veterans and their families
  • Communicate veteran changes or health concerns directly with your care team
  • Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software
  • Use electronic software for timekeeping
