*Position Specific Description*
The role is expected to provide project management oversight and adherence to Project Governance Frameworks ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires ensuring teams have the visibility into project health and performance metrics for defect management, performance automation and other testing governance, while implementing optimization plans that maximize team expertise and maintain delivery velocity. Central to success is the Strategic Implementation Plan that drives organizational strategy through targeted deliverables while providing executive oversight to development teams, ensuring thorough project planning, milestone achievement, and accelerated delivery timelines.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's business goals and objectives. Anticipate technological trends and drive innovation to maintain the company's competitive edge.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance business processes and performance.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure IT operations and activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Implement best practices and frameworks to govern IT processes.
• Conduct regular system and network audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
• Any experience in Salesforce, AWS, SAP when it comes to testing and implementations would be beneficial.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Understand and analyze business requirements to develop and implement IT solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, to convey technical information and project updates.
• Ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to create content required to aid in the communication with multiple levels of the organization.

This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and manages the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.

• Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the company's goals
• Works with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategy
• Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needs
• Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation
• Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environments
• Oversees development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps)
• Attracts, develops and retains a high-performing and diverse team
• Establishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needs
• Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives
• Ensures technology processes are conducted in line with applicable standards and company policies
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 8+ years
• Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
