Our client is a global leader in the innovative design and manufacturing of high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and operational quality, they support critical energy and industrial applications worldwide. They are seeking a Production Manager to join their team in Tulsa, OK.
Benefits: Direct hire, full benefits package (including 401k with company match & PTO)Competitive salarySet schedule - Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pmProfessional development and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities: Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe production environment through audits, training, and compliance oversightPlan, coordinate, and control all aspects of production to meet customer demand and project deadlinesManage production schedules while optimizing labor, materials, and equipment utilizationOwn cost control efforts by monitoring labor, materials, and overhead; implement initiatives to improve margins and reduce wasteLead, train, and motivate production staff while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementMonitor employee performance, provide feedback, and implement development plansEnsure products meet quality standards and industry specifications in collaboration with Quality AssuranceIdentify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesTrack KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and performanceOversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtimeCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to align production with business needsServe as the primary liaison between production and other departments to resolve operational issuesInterface with customers as needed to provide technical updates and resolve production-related concernsDevelop and manage production budgets and analyze costs to improve profitability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field5–7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within HVAC, heat exchange, or industrial manufacturingStrong knowledge of air-cooled heat exchanger manufacturing processes and materialsProficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling toolsExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologiesProven leadership, team management, and performance coaching abilitiesStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills#INDOMNI
