The position requires the ability to manage various tasks in a detail-oriented manner.

The primary responsibility or being an Outside Sales resource for our clientele base and sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster trusting relationships with clients, Lakeland Engineering Equipment Co. staff, and our vendor partners.
  • Communicate thoroughly and in a timely manner with clients and the Lakeland sales team.
  • Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop prospective accounts.
  • Assist with the identification of appropriate product substitutions as needed.
  • Communicate with our vendor partners to obtain product samples, as well as for them to provide technical assistance to you as needed.
  • Interface with the Lakeland Engineering Equipment Co. business system to accomplish many duties.
  • Participates proactively in the self-education of product specifications, features and benefits.
  • Participates in product training by others as required.
  • Strive to achieve goals set forth by themselves and the company.
  • Represent Lakeland Engineering Equipment Co. in a manner that is mutually beneficial to our clients, our company and our vendor partners.
  • Accepts ownership of one's responsibilities and assigned tasks.
