What You'll Do

• Serve buyers/sellers using proven playbooks and compliant processes.
• (Optional) Collaborate with lending to earn loan payouts (where permitted).
• Launch a 52-page SEO-optimized website we build and optimize for you, then drive traffic with ads, content, and webinars.
• Work a clear daily plan while leads flow directly into your CRM.

• Active real estate license (or in process) in at least one U.S. state.

Licensing & Compliance

• 1099 independent contractor role.
• Real estate activities require an active state license.
• Lending payouts/activities follow state and federal laws (e.g., RESPA); options include dual licensing or partner models where allowed.

Compensation
