Senior Technical Program Manager, MarTech

This is a Hybrid position based in The United States. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to either our San Jose, CA, or Frisco, TX, offices. You will be required to come onsite from time to time for meetings to collaborate with executives and other team members. We are only considering candidates who are within a commutable distance to our locations and are not offering relocation at this time.
About the role:
Own and drive Marketing Technology (MarTech) related CRM, AdTech, eCommerce portfolio and other critical programs.
Oversee the entire MarTech platform, segmentation, messaging functionality, conversion metrics, user experience, and integration with other systems like email, SMS, customer data platform, segmentation, and decision-making architecture.
Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans, escalate to appropriate stakeholders, and produce program reports for executive leadership.
Ability to tackle complex challenges, think critically, work cross-functionally, and deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct and mandate thorough testing to ensure the MarTech platform functions correctly and to identify potential issues before launch.
Partner with engineering, UX, product and business leaders to help better prioritize and execute on AI based product, platform, and marketing strategy.
Work with engineering, analytics, product management to define key performance Indicators to analyze marketing platform success.
Experience managing programs with geographically dispersed teams.
Oversee multi-channel and multi focus initiatives across the consumer organization.
Manage third party requirements and interfaces with third party stakeholders, as necessary.
Interface regularly with global and geo marketing teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and bring visibility to internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
About you:
9+ years of technical project or program management experience in driving consumer-centric applications with at least 5 years driving programs for MarTech, CRM, AdTech, eCommerce platforms.
5+ years of experience using project/portfolio management tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Possess a proven track record of successfully implementing extensive and intricate migration or new technology stack programs spanning multiple quarters, geographical regions, and product lines.
Leverages AI tools to be a force multiplier to execution.
Must have experience analyzing data and being able to identify areas for improvement in the platform
Experience with Adobe eCommerce Suite, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign Standard.
Strong technical orientation and solid understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
Strong negotiation, communication and conflict management skills with the ability to articulate concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience working with multiple global time zones.

The starting pay range for this position is $142,040.00-$233, McAfee takes into consideration an individual's skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations.
