  • Minimum of Level 1 support experience-Proven experience in IT support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments - Familiarity with Mac OS and iOS devices

  • Experience using ConnectWise or a similar ticketing system

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users

  • Knowledge of help desk best practices and procedures

  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques

Duties:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals

  • Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups

  • Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to analyze and resolve complex problems

  • Assist with network administration tasks, including monitoring and optimizing network performance

  • Document technical procedures and create user guides

Experience:

-Minimum of Level 1 technical support experience
