Senior Administrative and Marketing Associate

Looking for a highly motivated, analytical, forward thinking, punctual part-time admin service/marketing/ client service professional with emphasis on premier client service and new client cultivation strategies. Resumes required.

Client-Facing Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Grow the practice through seminars, marketing projects, and social media
  • Researching, scheduling speaking opportunities, and managing CEO's speaking schedule and other requests and appointments
  • Scheduling, recording, and tracking all client events and marketing projects, email campaigns, to include social media campaigns and website traffic
  • Scheduling follow-up meetings with clients, prospects and organizations, before, during and after events.
  • Assist in building and updating client and investment databases
  • Handle on-boarding of clients and other administrative paperwork for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel and CRM database management
  • Will also assist wealth management team in building out several databases and improving the over-all client service experience
  • A positive, up-beat, take the initiative, can do attitude is required
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn to navigate various web-based platforms and programs.
  • Positive, energetic, friendly, and service-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to follow/interpret procedures and see tasks and projects through to completion
