Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM & FSM solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Oversee Salesforce user administration, profiles, roles, security settings, and data governance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP systems like Epicor P21, marketing platforms like HubSpot, etc.).
  • Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external consultants on Salesforce projects.
  • Work with Commercial Operations/Business Leadership to develop and enforce CRM best practices and governance standards across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users and conduct ongoing system audits.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs and implement enhancements to improve user productivity and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator and one or more Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or other backend systems via API, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), or ETL tools.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and customer service workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Marketing Automation, or Community Cloud.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or services industry.
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
