In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Drive HSE Culture: Promote health, safety, and environmental awareness across the site, ensuring it becomes an integral part of daily operations. 
  • Identify and Close Gaps: Analyze corporate and local HSE policies to pinpoint compliance gaps and support corrective actions. 
  • Enhance Risk Management: Assist in hazard identification, incident investigations, and risk assessments to reduce workplace risks. 
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze HSE data to identify trends and recommend proactive improvements. 
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Help maintain local HSE policies and procedures aligned with legal and corporate requirements. 
  • Strengthen Emergency Preparedness: Contribute to emergency response planning and readiness activities for site safety. 
  • Foster Engagement: Participate in employee engagement initiatives to build an interdependent safety culture. 
  • Enable Effective Communication: Provide clear guidance and reporting support to ensure timely and accurate incident documentation.
