• With us being a Physical Therapy company, we are highly focused on developing our PTs, unlike a lot of larger health systems. • Flexible work schedule - we get that everyone has a life outside of work. We offer four 10s, five 8s, shorter days, longer days, and other options we would love to talk through with you
• Bi-weekly bonus structure – completely controlled by the PT, not the financial success of the clinic. Earn up to $1,200 a month on top of your regular salary.
• Enjoy a balanced caseload consistent with local outpatient ortho benchmarks (~55–60 patients per week) and a scheduled time for documentation to support quality care and efficiency
• Mentorship for new grads, seasoned clinicians, and aspiring leaders or clinic owners.

Top Talent Deserves Top Benefits:

• $78,000 to $95,000/year depending on experience level, hours per week, certs, etc.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required (New grads are encouraged to apply)
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
