Duties

- Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships through effective account management.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Identify opportunities for business development by analyzing market trends and client needs.
- Present customized solutions, including consulting services and technological products, to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or renewal.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our offerings.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within sales, marketing, or consulting environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales or selling technology-based solutions is a plus.
- Analytical skills to assess market data and develop strategic approaches.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in marketing strategies or consulting services is desirable.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
