Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You will play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience while supporting the overall operations of our restaurant.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order taking and payment processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in kitchen operations or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
