Overview

Virginia Dental Center is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist located at 1025 N Fillmore Street, Suite A, Arlington, VA, 22201 to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.


Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist at Virginia Dental Center, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

What we offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $65-$75 per hour, based on experience + monthly uncapped bonus potential (Single column $65/hour and $75/hour for assisted hygiene)
  • Sign on Bonus- $5,000
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:45pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols


Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
