We're an established startup building the future of Commercial Real Estate Automation — a powerful, end-to-end platform that helps CRE professionals manage everything in one place. Our mission is simple: use AI to save people time and make an entire industry more intelligent, efficient, and connected.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (with a strong back-end focus) who can own features from concept to production, think strategically about architecture, and collaborate across teams — from AI and data to operations and product.

What will you do?

  • Design and build scalable systems and features with Ruby on Rails at the core
  • Contribute to our React + TypeScript front end when needed
  • Work closely with stakeholders across engineering and business to ship impactful features
  • Help scale our infrastructure using AWS and Terraform
  • Shape the direction of an evolving product and tech stack as we enter our next growth phase

What skill set are we looking for?

  • Senior-level experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Ruby on Rails and solid knowledge of React, TypeScript, and cloud environments
  • A product mindset — you care about solving real problems, not just writing code
  • Ability to think end-to-end, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-moving startup
