To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
