About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and deep understanding of Eastern and Western techniques. Specifically, we are looking for a Sports Medicine Massage Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to manage pain, prevent injury, and promote overall wellness
  • Experience in a variety of massage therapy techniques with an emphasis in Sports Medicine along with knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
  • Able to perform local, muscle-specific massage to complement our physical therapists
  • Able to create defensible documentation, including SOAP notes
  • Ability to work collaboratively across other healthcare disciplines, including physical therapy and massage therapy
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional environment
  • Self-starter with experience marketing and building and managing your own schedule

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited massage therapy school
  • Licensed massage therapist in the state of Idaho
  • Experience working with insurance/insurance credentialling and cash pay
  • Proficiency with EMR, medical documentation, insurance billing, and computer literacy
  • Valid CPR and BLS certifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and aseptic techniques

Job Type: Part- to Full-Time

Pay: $35-40/visit based on experience

Benefits: Contract position with potential to grow into part or full time employment with benefits
