Paxton Marketing is seeking a motivated Video Editor / Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a full-time, on-site position for a professional who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of producing marketing-focused creative content.

This role is open to both junior-level and experienced candidates, with responsibilities and expectations aligned accordingly.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital advertising, and internal use
  • Design clean, professional graphics for social media, paid ads, websites, and presentations
  • Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and light animations when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute creative direction
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Junior Video Editor / Graphic Designer

Ideal for early-career creatives looking to grow in a professional environment

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Portfolio or sample work required (academic or personal projects accepted)
