Job Title: Fleet/Project Coordinator - Vehicle Logistics
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate vehicle logistics and evaluation processes. This role involves overseeing night letters, drive events, and teardown statuses to ensure smooth operations across engineering functions. The position requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide night letters detailing vehicle drive, teardown, and part availability status.
- Coordinate R202 (Engineering Attribute) drives with functional engineering teams.
- Ensure engineering functions are informed about vehicle teardown timing and status.
- Utilize Management lease survey results to finalize drive events and customer clinics.
- Investigate the use of the Duris System for coordinating teardown processes and propose benchmarking of competitive vehicles.
- Develop and lead workstreams related to Man. Lease HTIS Survey, Post Million Mile Teardown Process, and Mid-Mile VOCF Plan.
- Coordinate, organize, and communicate cross-functional HTIS needs, including FER/R202.
- Coordinate ML drives and hoist reviews.
- Act as the main point of contact for HTIS cross-functional leads.
- Create and maintain a database of findings and provide bi-weekly summaries.
- Handle paperwork for tag transfers as needed.
- Write work orders to ship vehicles and assist with approval for associated costs.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management, coordination, fleet coordination, or vehicle logistics.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and tracking systems.
- Experience in tracking and following up with a variety of teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Fleet coordination experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
This is a Contract position based out of Livonia, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ $35.00/hr.
