Job DescriptionThe Vice President of People Strategy & Culture will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for aligning people, performance, and culture to drive organizational success. This role ensures that workforce strategy, leadership capability, and employee engagement are directly linked to business outcomes, resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and growth.
The VP of People Strategy & Culture bridges strategy and execution to transform people functions into a driver of growth, performance, and cultural excellence.Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Anticipates trends, identifies talent and compliance risks, and shapes proactive solutions that enhance retention, productivity, and profitability.
- Advises on all aspects of people, culture, and organizational effectiveness and provides data-driven insights and workforce analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Leads the design and execution of engagement, recognition, and performance programs that tie accountability to excellence ie. Orientation Experience, AIT, Annual Education, Mentor and other development and engagement programs.
- Embeds culture into every phase of the employee lifecycle, building a consistent and values-driven experience that enhances both employee and resident satisfaction.
- Coaches leaders on complaint resolution, creating and training on leadership essentials such as effective communication, conflict resolutions, problem solving, performance feedback, and investigations.
- Creates targeted employee experience surveys and continuous feedback mechanisms that will strengthen the direct correlation between employee engagement, resident satisfaction, and organizational performance.
- Cultivates leadership capability and grows a competent talent bench for key roles, through structured development programs, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Implements robust performance management systems and leadership scorecards that align with organizational priorities.
- Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to strengthen the company's employer brand, reinforcing its reputation as an employer of choice, and attracting top talent.
- Develops integration framework for new acquisitions and service lines.
- Ensures the organization remains adaptive and future-focused by leading the integration of people-centered technology, AI-driven tools, and change management frameworks.
- Identifies emerging workforce trends and pilots innovative solutions for long-term success.
