Financial Data Analyst

hands-on, high-visibility role
for someone ready to delve into complex data sets, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate analytics into actionable insights.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, maintain, and enhance
interactive Tableau dashboards
that visualize financial and operational performance. - Write and optimize
SQL queries in Snowflake
to extract, structure, and analyze large data sets. - Deliver
insights that connect data to financial outcomes
— identifying trends, cost drivers, and revenue opportunities. - Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to support
budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable business stories that drive decision-making.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Financial Data Specialist
. - Advanced proficiency in
Tableau
and
Snowflake
— with
strong SQL
skills that make you the go-to for deep data pulls. - Strong
financial acumen
, with the ability to tie metrics to ROI, profitability, and growth. - Experience in
telecom
or
e-commerce
(or another high-volume, data-rich environment). - Familiarity with
Python
or
R
for advanced analytics, automation, or statistical modeling (a major plus). - A problem-solver's mindset — curious, resourceful, and obsessed with finding meaning behind the numbers.
