Perennial Financial Services is a rapidly growing wealth management firm dedicated to providing clients with personalized, high-quality financial planning and investment management. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail oriented professional to join our team.
Position Overview: We are seeking a non-exempt, part-time Client Service Associate to provide day-to-day support for our advisors and clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, is highly organized and detail oriented, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring welcoming professional experiences
- Support advisors with client meeting preparation, follow-up, documentation and events
- Handle account opening, transfers, and maintenance paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Manage office and team scheduling and calendar coordination
- Maintain and update client records accurately and efficiently
- Process deposits, disbursements, and other service-related requests under advisor supervision Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence, and client deliverables Support firm operations through general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and office organization
- Collaborate with team members and contribute solutions to continuously improve client service and operational efficiency Able to successfully work in varied environments, including independently or in a small team, alone or with others, or in slow or high-pressure situations

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in financial services, professional services, or administrative support role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ClientWorks and RightCapital a plus Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Securities licensing or financial planning certifications a plus (not required)

- Salary Range is negotiable with experience, with a starting range of $29K to $65K annually, plus bonus potential

- In office for now with potential for hybrid and/or full-time options in the future

Pay: $29, $65,250.00 per year
