What You'll Do

  • Oversee and support field technicians performing oil, propane, and HVAC service and installation work across Central and Southern Maine.
  • Conduct job-site visits to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling, field execution, and subcontractor work for the Contract Services Division.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to field technicians.
  • Perform service and installation work as assigned to meet customer needs and support the team.
  • Communicate proactively with management, dispatch, and customers regarding project updates and field conditions.
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of propane/oil service experience (HVAC experience strongly preferred).
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a service or installation environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Licensing: Propane & Natural Gas Tech or Master/Journeyman Oil Burner (required).
  • CDL Class A or B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
