Learn more about our mission and services at Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated, board-certified or board-eligible FamilyMedicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, outpatient position providing primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, mission-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care services.Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive health, and wellness screenings.Coordinate patient care with specialists and support services.Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.Participate in team-based quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Active or eligible medical license in the District of Columbia.Current DEA registration.Commitment to serving medically underserved populations.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement plan with employer contribution.Generous paid time off and CME allowance.Malpractice coverage provided.HRSA Loan Repayment OpportunityUnity Healthcare sites in Washington, DC are located in HealthProfessional Shortage Areas (HPSA) and are eligible for the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA)Loan Repayment Program.
